How to Remove Photos on Zillow

Why are my home photos still on Zillow after it sold or the listing was canceled?

Once a listing is marked sold or canceled, listing data and photos are no longer sent to Zillow. If photos are still showing, they’re coming from Zillow’s own database.

How do I remove photos from Zillow?

  1. Go to Zillow.com and sign in (or create a free account).

  2. Search your home by address.

  3. Click “Claim this home” / “Claim ownership.”

  4. Complete Zillow’s ownership verification.

  5. In your Owner Dashboard, choose Edit home facts → Photos.

  6. Delete or hide the photos and save.

What if I can’t remove them myself?

Contact Zillow Customer Support and request removal. They may ask for proof of ownership.

Will the photos come back after they’re removed?

No, photos should not reappear unless the home is listed again.

Who do I contact if I still have questions?

Questions about photos on Zillow → Zillow Support

Questions about MLS data/syndication → Intermountain MLS (IMLS)
