As we step into fall, the Ada County housing market continues to show steady growth and signs of balance. According to recent data from Boise Regional REALTORS®, here’s a look at how things shaped up in September for single-family homes:

  • Median Sales Price: $555,000 (up +3.3% year-over-year)
  • Homes Sold: 782 (up +9.5% year-over-year)
  • Days on Market: 44 (up +4.8% year-over-year)
  • Inventory: 2,192 homes (up +26.8% year-over-year)

What It Means for Buyers and Sellers

For Sellers:
Home prices are holding firm, and demand remains strong. With inventory rising, presentation and pricing strategy will make all the difference this fall.
