Boo at the Zoo 2025: A Family Halloween Tradition

Get ready for one of Boise’s favorite family Halloween celebrations—Boo at the Zoo, presented by Delta Dental of Idaho! This spooky-fun weekend takes place on October 25th & 26th from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (last admission at 4:00 PM).

What to Expect

Families can enjoy a full day of festive activities, including:

• Trick-or-treat candy stations throughout the zoo

• Costume contests for all ages

• Face painting

• Vendor booths

• Special Halloween-themed treats and enrichment for the animals

It’s the perfect mix of fall fun and wild encounters that kids and adults alike will love.

Admission Details

• Normal admission prices apply

• Free for current Zoo Boise members

• Two gates will be open: the main entrance and a secondary entry/exit on the northeast side of the zoo near the Julia Davis Park tennis courts (map available at the zoo).

• Last admission is at 4:00 PM on both days.
